Aarfeen’s Journey
Aarfeen’s story is one of passion, purpose, and early leadership. Freed from rigid classrooms, his natural curiosity flourished into meaningful climate action. At just six years old, Aarfeen became one of the youngest climate leaders, inspiring primary students at Stow Primary School in Scotland.
Unschooling gave Aarfeen the freedom to learn from his environment, fostering a deep love for nature and purposeful action. His journey as a young activist began when most children are just starting to explore their interests.
Aarfeen’s work gained global attention, with features on The Earth Gang blog by Ellie Linden and a guest appearance on the B2B Energy podcast with Paul Webb. These milestones amplified his voice and highlighted the value of nurturing children’s passions without limits.
Today, Aarfeen is writing a storybook to inspire climate action among kids his age. Through storytelling, he empowers young readers to protect our planet and take meaningful steps toward a sustainable future.
